Keara Duggan || Partner @ Education Elements

Keara is a Partner at Education Elements who focuses on how to build and scale a culture of innovation in large systems. Keara leads work in in change management, leadership development, school design, and innovation. She is an experienced facilitator, consultant, and project manager who has supported system-wide change at more than 500 organizations, ranging from 50 to 10,000 employees.

Keara has authored: Recipe For Change: 5 Ingredients for Creating A Culture of Innovation; Ten Tips for Creating A Culture of Innovation; 4 Ways To Increase Accountability On Your Team; and Disrupt Implicit Bias By Personalizing Your District. Keara is also the toolkit creator for The NEW School Rules: 6 Practices for Thriving and Responsive Schools.

Keara began her career as a third grade teacher on the Navajo Reservation. She worked as a college coach, history teacher, operations manager, and curriculum designer, and through this work learned how to effectively communicate about and engage folks in the work of large-scale transformation. Keara has been a featured speaker at the iNACOL Symposium, Gates Next Generation Learning Network, District Administration Leadership Institute, and culture conferences, personalized learning summits, and district leadership events around the country.
