Reimagining the end to end experience for the front line associate in a way that is unique and meaningful for them is a key area of focus for Fidelity. Through their lens, we are redesigning the work experience based on what matters most to them, their values and aspirations. Our transformation includes redesigning the “dream job”, offering a “bright future” in a “happy space” that supports a “good life”. I will share the journey and what they have learned as we build a culture that is customer obsessed and associate fueled.
