Reimagining the end to end experience for the front line associate in a way that is unique and meaningful for them is a key area of focus for Fidelity. Through the associate lens, Fidelity is redesigning the work experience based on what matters most to them, their values, and aspirations.

This transformation includes redesigning the “dream job” and offering a “bright future” in a “happy space” that supports a “good life.” Mary will share this journey and what Fidelity has learned building a culture that is customer obsessed and associate fueled.
