Grady is a father of two, digeridoo virtuoso, and a senior engineering manager at EMC/Isilon in Seattle, WA. His scope includes all customer interactions with Isilon’s products, from GUIs to SDKs. Grady is using TINYpulse Engage and TINYpulse Perform to directly manage the engagement and performance of over 30 employees; his main goal for these tools is to ensure that employees can self-actualize in ways that also benefit the customer and the company.

Prior to EMC/Isilon, Grady was a principal product manager for the Amazon Echo, director of product development at a Seattle start-up, and a project leadership consultant to Fortune 500 companies. He received a B.S. in Cognitive Science from Stanford University and his MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.
