Ericka has more than 10 years’ experience managing enterprise client relationships across a variety of product offerings including global logistics, online retail, advertising analytics, and employee engagement. Her passion is to gain deep knowledge of client goals and objectives to foster the most effective use of the product she supports.

Currently, Ericka manages the Enterprise Customer Success team at TINYpulse and her mission is to build strategies in partnership with her clients to get optimal value from this powerful employee engagement tool. She is most passionate about guiding her clients to deploy TINYpulse in a way that transforms their culture and makes their employees happier and feel more empowered.
