Brian Arnds joined U.S. HealthWorks in 2001 and currently serves as their Chief Human Resources Officer. Brian is actively engaged in driving a culture change for the company’s 4,000+ associates in over 230 locations. The company’s renewed vision, mission, and values are focused on delivering quality medical outcomes, an excellent patient experience, and a high level of customer service during each of its 3,000,000 patient visits a year. Brian firmly believes the catalyst for these outcomes begins with the employee experience; and with his team of 27 HR Professionals, is focused on driving this initiative throughout the organization.
Brian brings more than 20 years of human resources management experience — including 16 years in healthcare — to the table. Prior to joining U.S. HealthWorks, he worked as a human resources executive in the manufacturing and hospitality industries, directing all aspects of human resource management, including employee relations, benefits and payroll administration, organizational culture and readiness, recruiting, and regulatory compliance. Brian graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
